How does the voting work?

After paying for a calendar order you will receive a voting code. You enter it in the voting section for the given product. The votes then determine which motifs are printed on the calendar. The voting is one-off – after submitting, the answers cannot be changed.

the voting is open only with a valid code from an order;

How do I place an order?

Choose a product in the e-shop and add it to the cart.
Go through the order – enter your details and choose the delivery.
Choose the payment method (card, bank transfer or cash on delivery).
Submit the order. You will receive the confirmation and invoice by e-mail.

The goods (particularly photo calendars) are produced to order – therefore it is good to place the order in advance.

What delivery options are available?

Zásilkovna – delivery to pickup points in the Czech Republic and Slovakia;
personal pickup – only after prior agreement by e-mail or telephone.

The delivery price is shown in the order.

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment methods:

card online through the PayU payment gateway;
bank transfer including QR payment (CZK), or EUR transfer (SEPA);

The payment details are processed by the payment gateway; we do not store them.

When do I receive the invoice?

We issue a tax document (invoice) automatically after complete the order. You can download the invoice in the section „Invoices" in your profile and we also send it by e-mail.

Can I return my order?

Calendars and printed materials are produced to order according to your source files, therefore, according to Section 1837 of the Civil Code, the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply to them and they cannot be returned.

Can I make a complaint?

Yes. Statutory liability for defects applies to the delivered goods. You can file a complaint via e-mail to info@tram.photos. We handle complaints without undue delay, no later than within 30 days.
